4I don’t care how it’s pronounced.
By andy parrish
I’m not a jazz guy, but I play a lot of acoustic. I tried these on a Blueridge Martin copy looking for a change of pace, and boy did I get it. They’re great; nice treble and midrange, a lot like you’d expect out of this gauge of strings. Very bright sounding.

I’m trying them on my Seagull next.

4They Get The Job Done
By Paul S.
These strings sound nice on my Selmac guitar. What I appreciate about them is that their texture isn’t overly “scratchy.” I’ve had experiences with some Jazz-Manouche strings that were so rough that the sliding of my fingers was impeded. That isn’t a problem with these D’Addario (which is not pronounced, Dee-A-Dario) strings. The only thing that I’d change about them is that I’d prefer loop-ends to ball-ends.
